Do I need an import permit before I can place my order?

• No, even without an import permit we can ship your orders to US and Canada via Dragon Courier.

How long does it take to ship my orders?

• It usually takes between 5-7 days via Dragon courier and 1-3 days for Air Cargo. (for Air Cargo, it requires import license.)

What payment options do you have?

• Bank transfer, Paypal, Credit Card

Do you accept refund or replacements?

• Yes, we accept replacements for damaged plants provided you send us the unboxing video at least 1 day upon reciept of your order. Flight delays and customs issues are not accepted. (Usually, these things never happens!)

How much is the shipping cost?

• It depends on the volumetric weight of the cargo. You can request a sample invoice from us.
